Where do you ship to?
We ship our cheesecakes throughout the US. Excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands
How do you ship your cheesecakes?
All our cheesecakes are shipped frozen with dry ice in specially designed packaging.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Most orders cannot be modified or canceled, if you placed an order that ships out the next day, we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate any changes. However, if you order more than a week in advance changes may be possible but not guaranteed
Please review your information before placing your order and review your details in the confirmation email.
Order Delays
We do everything we possibly can to make sure your order arrives on your scheduled delivery date. However, once the package ships, there can be factors outside of our control that may come up.
As our policy, we do not offer refunds for delays caused by our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical errors, strikes, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping information, mistakes on the part of our shipping partners employees or similar reasons that are outside of our control. That said, we know how important it is for your package to be delivered on time and we may be able to offer accommodations in exceptional circumstances.
Do you offer Gluten-Free or Vegan Cheesecakes?
We do not offer vegan cheesecakes or certified gluten-free cheesecakes.
To name a few we do have our all time favorite Biscoff and Strawberry cheesecake, No Sugar Added and sugar free cheesecakes.
However, please note that our products may come into contact with nuts.
How to place an order?
You can place an order online or call our Customer Service Team at support@crumblecups.com for nationwide shipping.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Feel free to check out as a guest. If you plan to order regularly, creating an account makes the process easier.
What are your payment options?
We currently accept only major credit and debit cards that are associated with a US billing address including Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be authorized and charged upon placing your order.
How to apply a discount code for online order?
You can enter your discount code at the checkout page before placing your order.
Will billing information be included with my gift order?
No! We do not include any billing details or pricing in or on the packaging.
How will my cheesecake arrive?
Cheesecakes may arrive slightly frozen or cool to the touch without dry ice remaining in the package. They are perfectly fine to consume.
For cheesecakes shipped with dry ice, be sure not to handle the remaining dry ice with bare hands.
Before placing your Crumble Cups Cheesecake order!
Important! We recommend that you check if your recipient will be available to take receipt of the cheesecake on the delivery date—i.e., not on vacation or out-of-town. This is especially important during the holidays.
Also, be sure you have the correct address. We do not take responsibility for cakes delivered to incorrect addresses or for cakes delivered to recipients out of town.
Although everyone loves a surprise, it might be best to tell your recipient to expect the package to ensure its safe delivery and handling.
When will I receive my order?
Please note that we do not ship the same day orders are placed. Orders received by 3:00 pm will ship on the next shipping day.
We ship Monday-Thursday. Standard shipping is a 2-day service available for shipments sent Monday-Wednesday for delivery Wednesday-Friday. 1-day rates are also available.
How long will your cheesecake stay fresh while in-transit?
Our cheesecakes are shipped frozen in specially designed packaging to safely transport our products up to 2 – 3 days in transit.
Can I ship to a PO BOX?
Nope! You will need to ship them to a physical address.
Corporate Gifts
